Now entering its 4th year, we are delighted to announce the return of The Business Post’s National Property Awards 2025 on February 27th at the InterContinental, Dublin.
The National Property Awards is Ireland’s leading property event, which celebrates and champions both individuals and organisations from across the entire property industry.
Nominations close on January 15th, with winners being announced at a black-tie gala dinner held at the InterContinental Dublin on Thursday, February 27th.
The comprehensive list of categories will identify the highest level of achievement across both the residential and commercial sectors.
The Awards will recognise those who have excelled in the areas of CSR and ESG initiative of the Year, Property Management Company of the Year, Asset Management Company of the Year and many more.

How to get to The InterContinental Dublin?
By Train
Heuston & Connolly Train Stations
There are two main train stations in Dublin: Connolly & Heuston.
You can connect to the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) directly from Connolly station to Ballsbridge (Sandymount DART Station).
You can connect to the Luas directly at Heuston station and transfer to the DART at Connolly station to Ballsbridge (Sandymount DART Station).

Taxi fee from train station: €8.00 (EUR)
Car Parking
Hotel Residents: €20.00 per vehicle per night (self-parking)
Non-Residents: €3.00 per hour thereafter, €25.00 per vehicle per night (self-parking)
Valet Parking: €5.00 per hour, €30.00 per vehicle per night for hotel residents
