The National Property Awards 2026

The Business Post’s National Property Awards are now entering their 5th year and have grown to be the must attend awards of the year. This year the awards will take place on March 5th at the InterContinental, Dublin.

 The National Property Awards is Ireland’s leading property awards, celebrating and championing both individuals and organisations from across the entire property industry.

Entries are now open for the 2026 Awards and will close on November 28th, with winners being announced at a black-tie gala dinner held at the InterContinental Dublin on Thursday March 5th.

 The comprehensive list of categories will identify the highest level of achievement across both the residential and commercial sectors.

 The Awards will recognise those who have excelled in all aspects of the industry. With award categories including initiative of the Year, Property Management Company of the Year, Asset Management Company of the Year and more, the awards recognises the achievements across the property industry.

We will soon be announcing our full list of award categories for the 2026 Awards and our judging panel, so please make sure to follow us on all social media channels to keep up to date.

Ivan is one of the country’s leading broadcasters, presenting the daily drive time programme The Hard Shoulder on Newstalk Radio which has become the top-rated independent listened-to show in the country. He also co-presents a leading current affairs television program, The Tonight Show, on Virgin Media One.

Ivan has had unique life experience in politics, business and media. A former government minister and Wexford TD for more than 20 years; an entrepreneur who founded and developed Celtic Bookmakers to employ 400 people, with €200 million turnover.

In 2014 he published his best-selling autobiography, Full On with acclaimed reviews. He resides in Dublin and Enniscorthy, is married to Deirdre with 4 adult children.

His original forthright style of entertaining punditry and analysis on the full range of current affairs and sport has made him a much sought after motivational public speaker at corporate and formal events. He also acts as a versatile conference facilitator/moderator, MC with a flair for asking the questions that need answering. Ivan is a memorable and compelling after-dinner speaker.

How to get to The InterContinental Dublin?

Heuston & Connolly Train Stations
There are two main train stations in Dublin: Connolly & Heuston.

You can connect to the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) directly from Connolly station to Ballsbridge (Sandymount DART Station).

You can connect to the Luas directly at Heuston station and transfer to the DART at Connolly station to Ballsbridge (Sandymount DART Station).

Car Parking

Hotel Residents: €20.00 per vehicle per night (self-parking)
